Refund & Return Policy

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Sleepcenter beds fair to both the company and customer, only if there is a genuine product fault.

Damage caused by customers own transport / Misuse is not covered under warranty and refunds will not be done .

Any change of mind cancellation be accepted only , within 7 days of invoice date and if packaging and boxes are unopened and  before despatch /picked up only .If all these 3 conditions are met , the  cost  will be 15 % of the invoice value to the buyer.

Please note after boxes have been opened / Picked up / Delivered  -  even within 7   days -  change of mind cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds  of monies will  be processed within seven (7) days after returned goods have been received back in the warehouse in brand new condition..
